Doctor Perry Phillips holds a D.D.S., and M.S. from the University of Michigan. He is also Board Certified in Orthodontics by the American Association of Orthodontists.

Office Administrator Mimi Gogolek has worked with Dr. Phillips for over 15 years. She is very knowledgeable and experienced. Mimi will review your insurance coverage and will walk you through the payment plan options.
Our orthodontic assistant staff consists of: Bernadette Armbruester, Dawn Shatrau, Lisa Lemon, Laura Baldwin, and Cindy Martin. They are very experienced and have received special training in orthodontics.
